The law No. (13) for the year 1976 Defined the society as a cooperative association (Association established by all natural or legal persons for a specified period, with a view to upgrading the Economic and Social life of its members by following cooperative principles).
Ajman Markets Cooperative Society was declared on Sunday, 03/02/2008 by the Ministry of Social Affairs ministerial decision No. 58 of 2008, after completing all the requirements of publicity.
The publicity officially became the new starting point for AMCS as it had the legal personality through which it can engage in activities that fall within the purposes and objectives and consistent with the Regulations.
