Aster pharmacies are a part of Aster DM Healthcare. The pharmacy network previously known by its popular brand name ‘Medshop’ has taken the new identity of ‘Aster’ since 2010. First pharmacy was opened in 1989 in Ajman . As the years went by, more outlets were added to our family and the network evolved to its existing size. 100th pharmacy was opened in April 2014 at the Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) and aims at opening over 300 outlets by 2017, thus positioning as the largest retail pharmacy chain in the UAE. Aster Pharmacy is also present in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Jordan. Aster Pharmacy has received Best Pharmacy award for two consecutive years in 2010 and 2011 instituted by the government of Dubai. Aster’s product range includes curative, nutritive, and baby products, lifestyle, wellness and rehabilitation products, FMCG products, cosmetics, personal and home care products.
